Go to your email program.
Make sure that your email/spam program will accept emails from noreply@thehip.com
Click on the link that says Confirm Registration in the email that you receive

Logging in
To get ticket links, passwords and any other registered user content, you must be logged in.
Click on the log-in button on the top right corner of the page and enter your email address and password and click on submit.

| Lost password? Click here and enter your email address in the space provided. An email will be sent to you with your password. |

Trouble logging In?
If, when you log in, you get a "Sorry, your email cannot be found" message, you have not re-registered with www.thehip.com since we switched our registration.
You will need to re-register. It only takes a couple of seconds and it's free!
To edit your profile and email preferences
Log into the site and click on your user name in the top right corner of each page.
Edit preferences as required and then click on the submit button.

Ticket Pre-sales
Ticket Presales are conducted from time to time for registered users of www.thehip.com
In order to participate in presales, you must be logged into the web site.
A link and password will become available at the appointed time, on the appointed date on the right hand side of every page.
The ticket presale count down timer user flash and javascript.
Please test to make sure it works on your system ahead of time. It might not work behind some firewall's, in particular.

Video and Audio Player
The Hip Music Player streams audio and video from our dedicated streaming flash media server and as a result, requires the a recent flash plug in.
If you cannot access streaming audio or video, please check you flash plug in to make sure it is at least version 8.
If you are behind a corporate firewall, you might not be able to access our audio or video due to restrictions on streaming content. Please try from another computer, outside of your corporate/firewall environment.
You must register to view our full video library, which will appear on the home page one you have logged in.
